Real Reviews from Real Customers

Don't take our word for it. Here's what people in Toronto have to say.

"Will use Keep Current Electrical for every job moving forward. Eric was thoughtful and detail oriented. He went out of his way to fit us in knowing we'd have no stove without the work being done...so happy with the results. Can't say enough good things."

"I called 5 different electricians. Eric answered right away and was able to politely provide me with a rough estimate and date/time for onsite service. He showed up on time for the service and after the job was done, he answered all my additional questions and provided helpful advice. Thanks Eric!"

"Sincerely kind and genuine. I went to Home Depot to find the right screws for an outlet repair, and was about to leave without a solutionβ€”no one could give me a clear answer or the parts I needed. That’s when Eric happened to be in the right place at the right time. Without hesitation, he offered me the exact screws I needed from his personal inventoryβ€”free of chargeβ€”so we could fix the outlet and make our kitchen safe again. He didn’t have to get involved, but he did, and we are truly grateful, as we were very busy preparing for back-to-school. But his simple act of kindness truly meant a lot. On top of that, he generously shared advice and resources to help us complete the repair on our own, never asking for a dime. After this experience, my husband and I wouldn’t think twice about who to call the next time we need an electrician. Thank you Eric!"

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

Do I need a permit for electrical work? +

Most new wiring, panel work, and EV charger installations require a permit. We handle the permit process for you β€” it's included in our quote.

How long does a panel upgrade take? +

A standard 200A upgrade takes 4–6 hours. We'll coordinate with the utility company for the disconnect.

Can you work in finished spaces without cutting drywall? +

We use fishing techniques to route wire without opening walls in many cases. We'll tell you upfront where cuts will be needed.

My lights flicker β€” how serious is that? +

Flickering can indicate loose connections, overloaded circuits, or failing neutral wires β€” all of which are fire risks. Don't wait on this. Book an inspection.

Do you offer EV charger installation? +

Yes. We install all Level 2 EV chargers and are familiar with rebate programs available in your area.
